About Role & Team:
You will be part of a new team that is embarking on dramatically changing the client lifecycle landscape within the organization by simplifying the interaction between Sales and the Client Middle Office and having a single integrated process to set up clients in sales, legal and external systems.
QA Automation Engineers are an integral part of scrum development teams. We follow agile principles; we test often with short release cycles. We are looking for an experienced automation QA who would be not only focused on the testing of requirements but would also bring the best ideas and practices for developing automated testing strategies, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices in test automation. You are a guardian of quality.

Responsibilities:
· Building scalable, modular, and highly maintainable testing frameworks
· Developing coding standards and process workflows for the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks
· Detailed automation of new functionality & regression testing of existing functionality on Web UI, API, and Backend side
· Automate UI tests using Selenide and API tests using Rest-Assured
· Comprehensive analysis of any errors found using logs, database queries, Unix file system, etc.
· Raising and tracking issues
· Collaborate with BAs and developers to deliver high in troubleshooting issues.
Must-Have Skillset:
· Hands-on experience in building maintainable test automation services based on proven OSS solutions for specific application layer front-end (at least one of: WebDriverIO, Cypress, Playwright, Selenide, etc.), back-end (at least one of: RestAssured, Postman, Spock, Mocha, Chai, GraphQL related libs, etc.)
· Experience in Java programming language ( Java 8+)
· Familiarity with unit testing framework (at least one of: JUnit, TestNG, NUnit, Jasmine, JEST, Karma, Boost Test, etc.)
· Very good insight of CI/CD concept including usage of build tools (at least one of: Maven, Gradle, NPM, Yarn, Pip, etc.)
· Strong understanding of ISTQB Software Testing or similar concepts (Shift-left, Test Pyramid, Risk Based testing, etc.)
· Excellent testing experience and sense of all stages of product delivery lifecycle
· Experience working with GitLab or similar.
· Working knowledge of SQL databases
· Knowledge about Agile development practices and methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
· Understanding of non-functional testing like failover, resilience, load testing, and being familiar with the tool: JMeter
