Role - PMO Analyst

Team - you will join the project where you will build a global platform used for customer onboarding on a global scale.

 

 

About Project -

 

The role is for a Project management / PMO background with a Minimum of 5-7 years proven experience on large-scale restructuring projects in the financial services sector and strong exposure to Agile development disciplines to join the existing team.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare and review project artefacts including status reports, risk and issue logs, project plans and other control documents
  • Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting
  • Actively manage Jira and Confluence board and support the delivery of ongoing improvements
  • Participating in planning-related governance groups and collaborating with stakeholders on planning and resource issues
  • Monitoring and reporting on OKRs and KPIs for Project and Workstream level
  • Management and monitoring of project governance artefacts and able to Implement project standards across projects
  • Assist with the implementation of project standards across projects
  • Work closely with associated workstreams and other projects on alignment of plans and dependencies.

 

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

 

  • Project management / PMO background
  • Minimum of 5-7 years proven experience on large-scale restructuring projects in the financial services sector
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile methodology
  • Lateral thinking/problem solving/creativity
  • Drive and responsiveness
  • The presentation skills required to handle senior stakeholders
  • Experience of Jira and Confluence is essential
