Your role
Are you passionate about building robust and scalable applications and have a proven track record of it? Do you have a curious nature, always interested in how to innovate? Do you want to design and build best-in-class, enterprise-scale applications using the latest technologies?
We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
•Provide technical excellence examples for a team of developers delivering software end-to-end
•Design, develop, implement, test, and deploy robust java software components applying best development practices, in in-line with agreed business requirements
•Work as part of an agile scrum development team and collaborate with other IT teams globally
•Perform level 3 support, assisting the production operations team in the rollout and support-related matters
•Migrate applications to new technologies and into the cloud
•Work independently and be able to communicate with both business and tech stakeholders
•Challenge issues, call out risks in existing processes and systems in a positive manner, and propose improved solutions
Your team
You'll be working in the agile development team in Krakow. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of global client-facing financial applications integrated with various systems in the company

Your expertise
•strong development skills with excellent design and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze code to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements
•experience in integrating applications with various systems with various technologies - EMS, Web Services
•experience working with all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from working with stakeholders to refine requirements to deploying and supporting software in production
•strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
•being a mentor and example for junior team members
•experience in front-end technologies: css3, html5, react, redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, webpack,
•good knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring integration, SQL, RDBMS, Rest APIs
•knowledge and hands-on experience in azure/AWS cloud
