After a successful series A funding round, my clients are looking to hire a Lead Developer (1st hands on tech hire) who will move into a Manager/Head of Engineering role.
The application is currently being outsourced but they expect to bring development in house after the initial launch. This role will be their first hands-on technical hire, and you will work very closely with the CTO and existing outsource team. This team consists of iOS dev and two C# Developers.

- iOS Swift
- Android Kotlin
- C#.Net Core, Azure
- Software Engineering (OOP, SOA, SOLID, Clean Code, CQRS, TDD, DDD, ES, TAM, eTOM)
Experience of working with large scale consumer apps, ideally within high-profile brands, entertainment, or retail (but not essential). Have a passion for clean code and working with agile methodologies with a proven understanding of DevOps practices, and use of them to build CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with some of the advanced technologies they use, e.g., machine learning and AI, audio processing and speech recognition, and video streaming.
Having experience in the following area:
- A track record of picking up new technologies and techniques quickly.
- Practical experience and an understanding of agile product development and devops.
- Experience developing and operating commercial software products at large scale.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
From Q3 2021 there is significant potential for this role to evolve into a more Senior Management position. This exciting opportunity will allow you to plan and execute strategies, researching and developing designs and products.
