Requirements:
- solid Android experience 3+ years,
- experience as C/C++ embedded engineer is a huge bonus,
- solid understanding of SOLID, design patterns, MVVM, and good architecture practices.
- understanding of Android OS workings,
- experience in video conferencing solutions is a plus,
- great communication skills,
- practical understanding of Subversion (SVN) and Atlassian Crucible tool.
- ability to stay on the project long-term (1 year or more).
With experience in Senior candidates and leadership skills, we can also consider the role of Tech Lead for our team.
You are a good match if you:
- Have deep knowledge of Java/Kotlin and Android architecture
- Have experience as C/C++ embedded engineer
- Understand Android OS mechanisms
- Have experience in developing clean, maintainable, well-tested code (SOLID, Clean Architecture, Unit Tests)
- Have good knowledge of design patterns (MVVM/MVP)
- Fluency in verbal and written English
You get extra points for:
- Practical understanding of Subversion (SVN) and Atlassian Crucible tool
- Have strong knowledge of OOA, OOP as well as an understanding of functional and reactive (Coroutines, RxJava) programming paradigms
- Knowledge of different mobile architectures and native or hybrid platforms (React Native, Flutter, PWA)
- Experience in video conferencing solutions domain
- Team or tech leadership experience
You will be responsible for:
- Working with specific devices, and should not be afraid of huge code bases and interacting with low-level code
- Writing high-quality, clean, stable, and tested code
- Developing video conferencing solutions for their dedicated devices
- Working solo or in a team to release our customer's products on time
- Sharing knowledge inside/outside the company
- Actively collaborating within cross-functional teams during planning, execution, and revisions
