A well-established R&D innovator of digital signal processing and AI is in fast growth mode and ramping up their expertise with the search for new talent for their advanced technology R&D site.

They are seeking a Test Automation Development and Build Engineer to support the delivery of advanced research and development!

You will work very closely with algorithm research and product development teams to build robust, bleeding-edge solutions for audio/speech processing, haptics and control algorithms in a user-friendly package ready for product development.

Your role here includes but not limited to:

* You will be responsible for automating the test and development workflow, but crucially possessing a very important role with improving algorithm and product development.
* You will be responsible for the setting up, optimisation, maintenance and improvement of in-house test automation frameworks and workflow.
* Tools development.
* Test framework architecture development.
* Build and development of toolchains for virtual machines and PCs.
* Responsible for reference and demonstration platforms on embedded boards such as RPi and Android.
* Cross-team collaboration for product development improvement.

What you bring to the team:

* PhD or MSc in engineering or related discipline.
* Software development background.
* Solid build and continuous testing experience, setting-up, maintenance and automation.
* Jenkins.Bamboo.
* Make/CMake filesk, Perl helpful.
* Matlab, Python, C.
* WIN and Linux OS.
* Affinity with Digital Signal Processing.
* Good communicator and managing expectations of end-customers internationally.
* Agile (scrum).
