UI/UX Developer (Product Management Focus)

Are you a UI/UX developer with a passion for product management? We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX developer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, as well as experience in product management.

As a UI/UX Developer (Product Management Focus), you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with product managers to understand and define product requirements
• Designing and prototyping user interfaces that meet business and user needs
• Conducting user research and testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions
• Developing and maintaining UI/UX design guidelines and best practices
• Working closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs
• Continuously monitoring and analyzing product performance and providing feedback to the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, HCI or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product management
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.
• Experience with user research and testing methods
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
