Provide Deskside Support Services for Desktops:

  • Offer hands-on assistance and technical support to end users at their work location.

Manage Problems to Resolution or Closure:

  • Address and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems and network equipment until they are resolved or closed.

Perform First Operating System Installation on Desktops:

  • Undertake initial installations of operating systems on desktop computers.

Perform Software Update/Installation/Removal:

  • Manage software updates, installations, and removals on desktop Manage software updates, installations, and removals on desktop systems.

Support Rollouts and Upgrades of LAN Network Equipment:

  • Assist in the implementation of LAN network and assist in the implementation of LAN network equipment rollouts and upgrades.

Provide On-Site Support for LAN Network Incidents:
