We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with previous experience in Cybersecurity projects to join a global team of Cybersecurity experts.

 

In this role you will:

  • Act as Scrum Master for the program, responsible for all scrum activities including holding sprint planning sessions, retrospectives and day to day running of the team’s sprints.
  • Work with the team to develop their work and ensuring JIRA & Confluence is kept up to date
  • Support team in understanding and unblocking problems preventing progress
  • Work with team to identify areas for continuous improvement across the program
  • Manage day to running and execution of the workstream
  • Lead assigned internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver on the agreed scope
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to agree priorities
  • Proactively follow up with project resources and ensuring workstream delivers to the agreed schedule
  • Highlight any concerns with progress to the program to ensure delivery stays on track
  • Effectively handle changes to plan, resourcing and new requirements and weekly reporting of status, risks and issues across the workstream

 

To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master for a complex program in a large organisation within Cybersecurity area
  • Previous hands on experience of delivering an Identity Access Management (IAM) or Priviliged Access Management (PAM) migration project
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with JIRA and workflow management tools and agile project management approaches
  • Proven track record of working with technical, cybersecurity and operations teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills
  • Positive, pro-active attitude and team player approach

Please note that you must be based permanently in Poland to be considered for this role.

You will be able to work remotely from Poland for most of the time however you will be required to show up in Krakow office a few times per year.
