Our client is one of the largest Financial Institutions and Financial Services organizations in the world, with operations in 64 countries and territories.

Your responsibilities:

Core technologies: Scala, Scala Test, Akka , ZIO, Slick, Java, SQL, GCP, Git, MongoDB, Kafka

 

1. Slick.
2. General experience in Cloud-based platforms.
3. MongoDB, Kafka, Grafana, Influx DB.
4. Jira / GitHub.
5. Experience in Scala.
6. Experience in ZIO, Akka, SQL, Git, Scalatest, Jira / GitHub.
7. Experience in Linux environment.

 

Soft skills:

1. Open minded and eager to learn.
2. Able to work in an Agile, DevSecOps-oriented environment.
3. Able to work as a part of a team and communicate well with Product Owner.
4. Very good analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Good English skills (to be used on daily basis).

 

Technical skills nice-to-have:

1. Slick.
2. General experience in Cloud-based platforms.
3. MongoDB, Kafka, Grafana, Influx DB.
4. Jira / GitHub.
5. Languages: Scala,
6. Familiar with Linux
7. CI/CD basics
8. At least 5 years of experience in IT Development as a Software Engineer and at least 3 of them as a Scala Developer
9. Good English skills (to be used on daily basis).
10. Develop and maintain software for the platform.
11. Cover your software with tests on all levels of delivery pipeline, preferably in TDD.
12. Take end-to-end responsibility for your software.
13. Attend daily Agile routines with the team.
14. Collaborate with other developers to enhance the platform.
