Salesforce Administrator & Support Specialist

 

 

Location: Poland

 

 

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Administrator & Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing, administrating, and supporting the Salesforce ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include providing first-level support for the brand-new Salesforce applications, collaborating with the Global IT Service Desk for ongoing support, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Salesforce environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of first-level support for the newly implemented Salesforce application, collaborating closely with our Global IT Service Desk for issue resolution.
  • Administer Salesforce data and org configurations, manage user profiles, permissions, and settings.
  • Assist in the creation and update of user profiles, settings, and authorization management.
  • Manage service resources, service territory members, and skills assignments.
  • Facilitate the addition or update of users to relevant Chatter groups, queues, and account teams.
  • Provide bulk assignment of records and ensure accurate data management practices.
  • Cover absences, holidays, and public holidays to maintain uninterrupted support coverage.
  • Deliver second and third-level support as needed for ticketing and support case resolution.
  • Customize Salesforce functionalities based on business requirements and change requests.
  • Collaborate on Salesforce projects, including development, customization, and best practice implementation.
  • Work closely with Salesforce consultants, project leads, and managers to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure availability during service times and flexibility to accommodate support needs outside regular hours.

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with expertise in Salesforce administration, data management, and user support.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems such as SAP, Active Directory, and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with users, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies.
  • Availability during specified service times and flexibility to cover absences and holidays.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are preferred but not required.
