Lead .NET Engineer

Client: International product company whose application is used for 3D design and modeling of electronic components and PCBs.

 

What would be Your responsibilities:

• You will lead a team and projects.
• You will collaborate with Product Managers, Quality Assurance, and other Units of the company.
• You will oversee day-to-day your team operation and awareness of a full software development lifecycle from design to support.
• You are participating in the design and implementation of the solution from the angles of availability, latency, performance, and capacity planning.
• You going to work with code: write code (~ 60% of the time).

 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Team and Project leadership.
• Strong, hands-on experience in the .NET platform and C# language (Seniority level): Net framework.
• Very strong and solid experience in software engineering.

 

Job Overview

• .Net Core, REST API
• Get things done attitude.
• Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS preferred).
• Willingness to learn and use any other technology deemed practical and up for the task.
• Multithreading and asynchronous operations experience.

 

Nice to Have:

• Jenkins, Docker.
• Experience in cooperation with foreign Teams and Branches.
• Worked for international solid companies.

 

Recruitment process:

1) Interview with the Lead for their Poland offices

2) Interview with a Technical expert from the US team approx. 2 hours long

 

• This role requires some time flexibility to attend calls with client teams in the US (approx. once a week/once every two weeks).
