About Role:
The Specialist Engineer job is responsible for providing engineering expertise in a specialist Technology engineering area, working with a team of engineers as part of a large programme team.
Responsibilities:
· They will be part of an Engineering team, building and supporting multiple PAM services.
· Support of build automation, monitoring the environment for issues.
· Supporting Project functions during Test Phases
· Writing automation Scripts
· Maintaining build documentation on confluence.
Must-Have Skillset:
· Proven experience working in a global scale highly regulated environment with a focus on security, resilience, and automation
· Strong skills in Windows operating systems and support of large infrastructures at a senior level
· Strong experience in developing with at least one scripting language.
· Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work on tasks unsupervised, and have strong communication skills.
· Positive team player working as part of a large programme.
· Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule.
· Strong skills and experience with PAM tools. Delinea Secret Server preferred.
· Experience automating application build, configuration, and maintenance.
· MS-SQL experience.
· Ansible, PowerShell, GitHub, and REST.
· Strong troubleshooting skills.
· Unix operating experience knowledge.
· Experience working with global teams within a large banking organization is desirable.
