ABOUT THE PROJECT

 

The primary responsibility of the IT Service Manager is to provide regulatory governance and oversight on all IT Services consumed by the Luxembourg business entities. Reporting to the Luxembourg Head of IT, the responsibilities include:

  • Perform the role of Third Party Engagement Manager for locally hosted and outsourced IT services for Luxembourg
  • Provide the regulatory IT Oversight & Control for all locally hosted and outsourced IT Services for Luxembourg
  • Report on the Service Performance, Change Management, and Service Management issues of the services consumed by the Luxembourg business
  • Coordinate IT with second, and third Line of Defense and external auditor reviews.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand services consumed by business/function
  • Understand how delivery services are mapped against services consumed and ensure services are covered by IGSA
  • Effectively use various service management dashboards to monitor service performance, change management, and incidents
  • Assist the local process by preparing, reviewing, and actively participating in offshoring initiatives’ materiality and risk assessments
  • Actively participate in internal and external IT Audit reviews

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE

  • Strong ITIL knowledge
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and lateral thinking
  • Ability to work in a team in a diversified international environment
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently under pressure
  • Experience in IT Service/Application Management
  • Knowledge or experience of Service Management tools
  • Team player and adaptable to change
