Role- IAM Governance Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Working with the Head of Governance Support across the IAM function to ensure all planned deliverables are on track and where necessary supporting any topic that requires extra resources to ensure the deliverables remain on track
  • Ensure timely engagement via existing Employee Engagement channels with the Global IAM team regarding topics of interest or topics that require their input
  • Own the Snapshot Survey action plans in terms of tracking actions and preparing communication articles regarding You Said: We Did achievements
  • Support with hiring including on/off-boarding to ensure resources are hired in accordance with the plan and minimize the risks of delays, disruption, or policy breaches
  • Ensure the IAM OD currency aligns with joiners, movers, leavers
  • Support new business initiatives that require data gathering from internal and external stakeholders
  • Support Continuous improvement initiatives to improve the IAM processes eg Business Continuity / internal processes that require the development of cross-function
  • Support the Cyber Security Secure Digital Identity program where IAM-owned activities are identified
  • Support team building and collaboration activities to ensure a collaborative and teamwork-focused environment using existing employee engagement channels. Eg Townhalls, Newsletters, Exchange Sessions, Focus Groups, SWAT Teams
  • Seek clarity and context of any individual and team achievements ensuring good news is clear and concise for audience consumption

 

Skills

  • Experience in Delivery Support including experience delivering through people working in a matrix;
  • Experience in data gathering in a complex environment where stakeholders have challenging demands from other areas;
  • Experience in engaging in a complex organization where time-bound limitations are frequent;
  • Ability to plan and exposure to planning methods, including PMO planning;
  • Stakeholder management skills across varying levels of seniority;
  • Experience in communicating complex, technical issues and topics to diverse audiences, verbally and in writing, in an easily understood, clear, concise, and actionable manner;
  • Ability to work at pace, think on their feet, and think for themselves

 

Technical Skills

  • Experience in delivery planning;
  • Knowledge of budgeting and common accountancy principles;
  • Experience of working in IAM is an advantage but not mandatory;
  • Experience creating content tailored to various audiences;
  • Experience using SharePoint and Confluence including building content pages
  • Hands-on resource management experience;
  • Experience interfacing across multiple teams to drive collaboration, achieve excellence, fostering relationships.

 

Industry Experience and Qualifications

  • Candidates will be evaluated primarily upon their ability to demonstrate the competencies required to be successful in the role, as described above. For reference, the typical work experience and educational background of candidates in this role are as follows:2+ years of delivery experience;
  • Program/Project Management qualifications;
  • Recent Cybersecurity experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in an associated field.
