Role : FullStack Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage Incident/Problem/Service Ticket lifecycle with a focus on timely response and resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track action items from post-incident reviews.
  • Own and adhere to Incident, Problem, and Change management processes per ITIL standards.
  • Ensure effective crisis management with regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support BAU activities including data control, access review, and disaster recovery implementation.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to enhance system performance and observability.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to facilitate seamless handovers and post-incident updates.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in Production support roles.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, etc.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Unix shell, or PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (preferably GCP) and IaC tools.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
  • Self-motivated with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.


Desired Experience (an advantage):


  • Knowledge of Financial Risk management.
  • Familiarity with Traded Risk domain.


Essential Technical Skills/Certs:


  • Microservices (Spring stack), Jenkins, Ansible, Python, Shell scripting, Terraform, Grafana.
  • Databases (PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Influx).
  • Cloud technologies (GCP).


Additional Skills/Certs (an advantage):


  • Groovy, SPARK, Git.
  • Columnar Database (Clickhouse).
  • Kubernetes, matter.
