Do you have a passion for data and a talent for translating complex information into clear and actionable insights? Join our team as a Data Modeler and play a pivotal role in shaping the data landscape within our Risk and Compliance Technology division.


🌻Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the our Data Model, focusing on Risk and Compliance areas.
  • Design and manage logical and physical data models for Risk and Compliance applications.
  • Provide expert consultancy on data modeling to engineering and architecture teams.
  • Advocate for the value of data modeling and secure buy-in from stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Create consistent and clear data models using various modeling styles and notations.
  • Support data governance and management processes through robust data models.
  • Improve requirements and system specifications efficiency across business and technology.
  • Contribute to data architecture aspects such as data storage, flow, and ownership.


🌻Your Expertise

  • Proven experience in creating conceptual and enterprise logical data models.
  • Strong skills in communicating complex data models to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to solve problems and navigate ambiguity in data modeling.
  • Experience in engaging stakeholders and advocating for data modeling in large organizations.
  • Proficiency in developing application logical and physical data models.
  • Ability to analyze data using forward and reverse engineering techniques.
  • Familiarity with standard data representations (relational databases, XML, JSON).
  • Knowledge of industry models and frameworks like BIAN, IBM FSDM, and BDW.
  • Self-motivation to work independently and critically evaluate data models and designs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a drive to enhance processes.


The role is open as hybrid, for candidates based in Cracow, Poland and surroundings. Candidates are expected to visit the office approx. 1-3 times a month.
