Automation QA Team Lead

Looking to hire Automation QA Team Lead for product-based company that creates software for 3D modelling of Electrical PCBs.

 

Reporting to Director of QA, you will lead process of creating, improving, and building of internal testing solutions used across the organization. Looking for someone with strong leadership experience and worked with internal frameworks and processes.

 

Location: Fully Remote

 

Responsibilities:

• You'll be building and driving new automation process
• You'll lead team of 3 QA engineers
• You'll create and develop a platform for tests.
• You should be able to "work with" and "influence" the engineering team

 

Skills:

• You have experience in building processes in automation testing
• You have experience creating key test artifacts
• Knows bug-tracking tools like Jira, Mantis, Bugzilla, TFS, etc.
• Experience in using test management systems (Test Rail, Test Link, etc.)
• You should be comfortable working with tools for API testing (Postman, Fiddler, SoapUI, etc.)
• Know basic software development methodologies
• Should have a good understanding of the priority when introducing defects
• Experience with databases (connecting to a database, writing simple queries)
• Should be able to work with Version Control (Git, SVN) the presence of completed projects (ideally, where something serious was done "from scratch")
• English language proficiency: upper-intermediate and above
