A Day in the Life of Our Automation QA Team Lead (C#):

 

● Building and driving new automation process

● Leading team of 3 QA engineers

● Create and develop a platform for tests

● Be able to "work with" and "influence" the engineering team

 

Who We’re Looking For:

● 1+ year in Team Leading and strong background in automation but from process side.

● high level of C# proficiency.

 

Other:

● experience in building processes in automation testing

● experience in cross-functional product teams

● experience creating key test artifacts

● knowledge of bug-tracking tools like Jira, Mantis, Bugzilla, TFS, etc.

● experience in using test management systems (Test Rail, Test Link, etc.)

● working with tools for API testing (Postman, Fiddler, SoapUI, etc.)

● knowledge of basic software development methodologies

● work with logs (basic analysis)

● good understanding of the priority when introducing defects

● experience with databases (connecting to a database, writing simple queries)

● working with Version Control (Git, SVN)

● the presence of completed projects (ideally, where something serious was done "from scratch")

● English: upper-intermediate and above
