Agile Coach

Job Description:

Are you a passionate Agile Coach with a strong background in IT (Network & Security), and BI (Business Intelligence)? If so, we want you to join our team and help us drive efficiency, innovation, and collaboration within our organization.

Your expertise will guide our client’s teams in achieving their goals by removing obstacles, promoting Agile best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader, coach, and mentor to Agile teams to help them deliver high-quality IT solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and plan project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify and remove impediments, and ensure teams meet their commitments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive Agile adoption across the organization.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
• Create and maintain project documentation, metrics, and reports.

Qualification:

• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or Lean.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of common Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
