Account Management experience within Recruitment Consultancy and Technology
Upon joining Vertex, you will be given one or more key accounts that you will be responsible for managing and growing revenue through. You will be expected to deliver in to these accounts personally as well as managing a combined onshore / offshore delivery function.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Generation of candidates – passive and active in line with KPI’s
Management of delivery function.
Management of client contacts.
Mapping and development of key accounts.
Maintain an on site presence with key accounts.
Matching candidates to vacancies and achieving interviews offers and placements in line with KPI expectations.
Become “SME” (Subject Matter Expert) within field.
