Your responsibilities:

* Understand customers' overall functional and non-functional requirements, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation,

* Co-ordinate and facilitate request fulfilment of Azure solutions and deployment,
* Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within the company to enable them to be cloud advocates,
* Be a Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Azure Engineering team to remove key blockers,
* Assess the Customers' knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners,
* Maintain and manage all customer facing information,

* Gather requirements and provide continuous feedback loops between customer and Engineering teams.

Qualifications and experience

* Experience and understanding of large scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments
* Experience working with one or more Cloud service providers,
* Experience in working in a global cross functional service management team,
* Experience in dealing with multiple support groups that contribute to creating a service,
* Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Application teams, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams,
* Good leadership and teamwork skills - Works collaboratively in an agile environment with Stakeholders to deliver the service,
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
